Hi : I had my tour today with Seyoung Jeong and Sojung Bang.

I am from Canada and this is my first full day in Korea.
Seyoung Jeong was the lead on the tour and did an excellent job on the preparation of this tour.
She developed a detail tour and answered all the questions that I had.
I had one question about using my Canadian Visa Bank card and she called the Visa bank card in Korea to have my question answered.
I was very impressed by her doing this for me and it shows the excellent effort she put into making this tour enjoyable for me.

For the tour, both guides showed up early and had a bottle of water to give to me.A very kind gesture and one that I was very grateful for.
Their efforts during the tour day were perfect.

Their English skills are very good and they explained all information in a very clear and understanding way.
For example, at the Palace, both guides went out of their way to explain all the details of the exhibits.
Any questions that I had, they answered very clearly.At the palace, they made sure that I was able to get some of the post cards and stamped one for me.

It impressed me that they remembered the smallest details of the palace tour.We had a very good day exchanging our different cultures.
I have travelled alot to different foreign countries and I will say that both of these tour guides made my introduction to Seoul a very happy and pleasant experience.

I had an afternoon tour with Philip Kim and Chae eun today.
They were on time and had a schedule done up for our afternoon.
They gave me a very informed tour of a palace.
They explained all questions I had on the tour and they had very good knowledge about the palace.
One thing I wanted to do today was to get a sketch completed by a Korean artist.Philip had a place already researched and
we went and had the sketch completed.

They were kind enough to wait until the artist had time to complete the sketch on myself.
They also explained to me how to use the subway system, which is an important part of my trip in Seoul.
They were also kind enough to meet me at the hotel to start the tour and to bring me back to the hotel when the tour was finished.
I really appreciated both of them doing this for me.

This was an excellent afternoon for me and both of these guides did a great job organizing this tour for me.I am very gratefull for their service.William Thoms
