违约金的规定
甲）个人 1）以入住日为准,提前4天取消和变更：没有违约金 2）以入住日为准,提前2~3天取消和变更： 　　　收取整个费用x30%的违约金 3) 以入住日为准,提前1天取消和变更： 　　　收取整个费用x50%的违约金 4）以入住日为准,当天取消和变更： 　　　收取整个费用x80%的违约金 （住宿当天24时以后： 收取整个费用x100%的违约金） 乙）团体 1）以入住日为准,提前16天取消和变更： 　　　收取整个费用x10%的违约金 2）以入住日为准,提前8~15天取消和变更： 　　　收取整个费用x20%的违约金 3）以入住日为准,提前7天取消和变更： 　　　收取整个费用x50%的违约金 4）以入住日为准,提前3天取消和变更： 　　　收取整个费用x100%的违约金 ※ 但，对于自然灾害等不可避免的情况的话，没有罚款。 扣掉信用卡/在线手续费后退款。
