Conference Room Usage Guide
When using the rooms and facilities at Hi Seoul Youth Hostel, please adhere to the following guidelines:

Hi Seoul Youth Hostel, as a youth accommodation facility, prohibits smoking and drinking inside the building (including rooms and conference rooms). Violations may result in the cancellation of your reservation.

The bringing of food, beverages, and flammable materials into the conference room is prohibited. However, light refreshments (such as tea, candy, etc.) are allowed.

Noisy activities that cause inconvenience to other facility users (such as the use of unauthorized equipment) are prohibited.

In the event of damage to facilities or property, compensation must be made either by restoring them to their original condition or by paying the current market value.

After using furniture and equipment, they must be returned to the front desk.

After using the conference room, please ensure that the facilities are tidied up and that all trash is properly collected and disposed of in the designated area (next to the hallway trash bin).

The conference room may only be used for the purpose for which it was approved. Any violation of this may result in the immediate cancellation of your reservation.

Conference room usage times must be strictly observed. If you need to use the room beyond the allocated time, prior approval is required, and additional usage fees must be paid based on the facility usage rate.

After using the conference room, please contact the front desk to have the equipment and tidiness checked.

The use of double-sided tape for attaching banners is prohibited. If you need to attach anything to the conference room walls, please consult with front desk staff. Damages caused by improper attachment may result in charges.
