Terms and Conditions of Use

                    Chapter 1 General Provisions

Article 1 (Application of Terms and Conditions)

1. The terms and conditions of use and related contracts concluded by the Hi Seoul Youth Hostel (hereinafter referred to as the "Us Hostel") shall be governed by these terms and conditions, and matters not prescribed in these terms and conditions shall be governed by laws or customs.
2. Youth hostels may comply with special agreements to the extent that they do not violate the purpose, laws, or customs of the terms and conditions.

Article 2 (Rejection of Acceptance of Use)
Youth hostels may not accept applications in the following cases.

1. When a request for accommodation does not apply to these terms and conditions
2. When rooms and conference rooms are not available due to full capacity
3. When it is deemed that a person who intends to use it is likely to engage in an act that violates the laws and regulations on the use of accommodation and conference rooms or public order or customs
4. When a person who intends to stay or use a conference room is clearly recognized as an infectious disease
5. Where there is more burden than necessary in relation to accommodation and conference rooms
6. When it is impossible to accommodate or rent due to unavoidable reasons, such as genius or failure of facilities
7. An illegal gunman
8. When it is recognized that accommodation and rental are not allowed as prescribed by laws and regulations of the Republic of Korea, etc

Article 3 (Reservation)
The instructions and instructions for booking are as follows: "Reservations at the Youth Hostel are made via telephone consultation or application reception only, and only a few regular and dominant (6,10-person) rooms can be booked online directly through the Hi Hostel dotcom (other site)."

Article 4 (Report of Name, etc.)
Youth hostels may require the reservation holders who apply for accommodation reservations to specify the following.

1. Name, gender, nationality, address, passport number, etc. of the reservation holder and guest
2. Other matters deemed necessary in youth hostels

Article 5 (Reservation fee)
Individuals need to guarantee with a valid credit card.
The organization must deposit the deposit (10% of the total expected amount) or guarantee the credit card.

Article 6 (Cancellation and Change)
Cancellation or change of reservation can only be made through telephone consultation, and reservations can be canceled in the following cases, except as otherwise specified for youth hostels.

1. If the accommodation is rejected
2. Where the report of the name, etc. is false at the time of stay or reservation
3. If you don't pay the reservation fee

Article 7 (Request for penalty)
Youth hostels may, in accordance with general business rules, charge a penalty for the total fee when the reservation applicant cancels or changes all or part of the reservation.

1. Personal
A. 4 days before the date of use: No penalty
B. 2~3 days before the date of use: 30%
C. The day before the date of use: 50%
D. Date of use: 80%

2. Group
A. 30 days before the date of use: No penalty
B. 8-15 days before the date of use: 20%
C. 4-7 days before the date of use: 50%
D. Date of use – 3 days before: 100%
※ However, in case of natural disasters, full refund

Article 8 (Refund)
If you cancel or change your reservation due to the customer's change of mind, the refund procedure is as follows.

1. Cash
A. Cancellation and change only through telephone consultation and commission calculation
B. Confirmation of the fee deducted from the usage fee
C. Refunds are processed every Friday in batches
D. Remittance to customer's account

2. Card
A. Cancellation and change only through the customer's in-person or telephone consultant and commission calculations
B. Commission card payment
C. Revocation of approval of the card payment out of the usage fee Article 9 (Calculation of charges)

1. Room
A. The accommodation fee will be determined at the time of reservation based on the announced amount.
B. Check-in is 14:00 and check-out is 10:00.
C. If the accommodation deadline has elapsed, a separate amount may be collected per excess time.
D. If the room capacity is exceeded due to the customer's circumstances, a separate amount shall be collected per person, and if the number of people less than the standard number of people per room stays, it shall be a

2. Club Room
A. The rental fee is determined in advance with the counselor based on the publicly announced amount.
B. If the rental deadline has elapsed, a separate amount may be collected per excess time.

Article 10 (Acceptance and Return of Guest Lock)
1. Guests must take over the room card key at the front desk at the time of registration and return it to the front staff at the same time as they leave.
2. If a guest loses his or her room key during his or her stay, he or she must report it to the front desk without delay, and he or she must reissue the room card key and use it to open the room door.

Article 11 (Disclaimer of Accommodation Continuation)
A youth hostel may refuse to stay if the guest falls under any of the following conditions, even if the guest is staying.

1. Where it falls under Article 2(3)-8우
2. Article 11 (Liability) When you do not comply with the Youth Hostel rules, the Youth Hostel shall not be held responsible for any accidents caused by the user's failure to comply with the rules and terms of the Youth Hostel.

Article 12 (Matters to be observed when using rooms and conference rooms)
Users should comply with the requirements set aside by the youth hostel when using the room.

Article 13 (Operating Hours)
The operating hours of the youth hostel auxiliary facilities are posted separately and may change depending on the circumstances.

1. The main entrance (front entrance) of the building is closed from 24:00 to 05:00 and you have to use the auxiliary entrance (back entrance) if necessary.
2. Kitchen : 07:00 ~ 22:00
3. Laundry : 07:00 ~ 22:00
4. Retiring room : 07:00 ~ 24:00
